Hello
I am new to North Carolina and through watching my boys training sessions and practices I realized I had something to contribute to the young athletes in the area - strength and power training and nutrition guidance to maximize their performance and results, so Coach A Consulting was born.
My Story
I was a two-time All-American Powerlifter in college which launched my career as a Division One Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Dietitian. After I realized there was more to life than winning a ballgame, I began my career as a Clinical Dietitian focusing on cardiovascular disease, diabetes, eating disorders and pediatric feeding practices.
What I love most about my career path is I can help every person I meet. I passionately believe in the preventative and healing power of exercise and food and am on a mission to educate and empower others to make lifestyle changes to not only perform their best but also live life on their terms, without disease.
Outside of work I spend most of my time as a loud mouth sideline parent at my boys ballgames. I also stay active in a variety of “knee preservation” activities such as cycling, pilates and still bang around some heavy weight.
