I get your struggle. Nutrition is hard for no reason. I have been in the nutrition, exercise and wellness game my entire career and understand how it gets very confusing deciding not only what to do but how to do it with all of the conflicting information out there. As your Registered Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist, my goal is to support your athletic performance and health goals by clarifying how  to properly nourish and fuel your body through a personalized plan that works into your lifestyle without consuming it.
